Carousel & Co. is a fully cashless venue. We accept all major credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and contactless payments for a smoother, faster experience. Don’t worry — going cashless means less hassle and more fun!

Yes! Guests aged 14 and above are welcome to enjoy our games. There’s no age limit for dining at our restaurant. However, if you’re ordering alcoholic beverages and appear under 21, we may request to see a valid photo ID.

Your individual scores are automatically tracked and combined with your group’s, all powered by smart technology. Our skill games are easy to learn, wildly fun to play, and perfect for a little friendly competition. From the moment you arrive, our Game Hosts will get your group set up and guide you through the experience.

We highly recommend it! Pre-purchasing your tickets online secures your preferred time slot and helps you avoid disappointment if we’re fully booked. It also makes your check-in at the ticket counter faster and smoother.

There’s no minimum—you’re welcome to play solo. But we recommend bringing friends to make the most of the experience! Each game station has its own player capacity, so group sizes may be split accordingly depending on the activity.

When you book, you’ll be escorted to your private booth and given an arrival time (approximately 30 minutes before the games start). You will have time to grab a drink before you play and order a bite to eat. Our games are situated throughout the boardwalk areas and you will be instructed on when you can begin playing. Compete with your friends on all 9 games and let the technology count all the points. You have a maximum of 75 mins to complete all of the games.

Yes! If you break the high score on any of our machines, you’ll earn an award. Be sure to follow our social media for updates on special promotions and additional prizes that may be up for grabs!

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations. Once your ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. So, please make sure you’ve selected the correct date and time slot before completing your booking.

Don’t worry — we offer a 15-minute grace period. Your booking will be held automatically during this time if you haven’t checked in yet. After 15 minutes, your game session will begin and the clock will start running, even if you haven’t arrived.

Yes, we have tables available in these areas. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the KL skyline and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, right at our doorstep!

Tables are on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are available tables, you’re welcome to stay longer for food and drinks. For a guaranteed spot and a smoother experience, we recommend booking a table along with your tickets.

Your booking will include an arrival time, typically around 30 minutes before your game session starts. This gives you time to grab a drink and settle in before the fun begins. We recommend eating after your games so you don’t feel rushed, but you’re welcome to arrive earlier if that works better for you!

Not at all! If you’d rather relax, you can always enjoy the best food and beverages from our kitchen and bar while watching others play or simply soaking in the view. If you change your mind later, you can always purchase a game slot if there’s availability.

For event bookings, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract you’ve signed. The ability to change or cancel will depend on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. If you need further clarification, feel free to reach out to our sales representative.

We start serving food from 12pm, with the last call for orders at 11pm.

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as Malaysian e-wallets for payment. Just ask our hosts and hostesses for your bill when you’re ready for payment. You may also pay while you order via our QR code on your table.

Food cannot be served in the gaming area due to safety hazards, but you can enjoy your meals at the tables. However, feel free to bring your drinks with you! There are designated spots in the gaming area where you can place your drinks while you play.
