We’re located on the rooftop of Avenue K in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, right next to KLCC. Just head to the mall’s Level 4 — you can’t miss the carnival vibes! For detailed directions, check Google Maps or Waze by searching “Carousel & Co. KL” or “Avenue K”

Fun is for everybody. Games and dining areas are all wheelchair accessible.

Carousel & Co. is a fully cashless venue. We accept all major credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and contactless payments for a smoother, faster experience. Don’t worry — going cashless means less hassle and more fun!

Yes! Carousel & Co. is aimed at big kids aged 12 and older. If you’re ordering alcoholic beverages and appear under 21, we will request to see a valid photo ID.

Not quite — but we do have plenty of seating and safe spaces around the venue to keep your things close while you play, sip, and snack. Travel light and focus on the fun!

Games

At Carousel & Co., every game is played twice — giving you a second shot to beat your best. Your individual scores are automatically tracked and combined with your group’s, all powered by smart technology. Our skill games are easy to learn, wildly fun to play, and perfect for a little friendly competition. From the moment you arrive, our Hosts will get your group set up and guide you through the experience.

We highly recommend it! Pre-purchasing your tickets online secures your preferred time slot and helps you avoid disappointment if we’re fully booked. It also makes your check-in at the ticket counter faster and smoother.

There’s no minimum—you’re welcome to play solo. But we recommend bringing friends to make the most of the experience.

Our games tickets start from RM60. To book, please visit our Ticketing page.

On arrival, head to the Helter Skelter check-in desk where you’ll receive your tap-to-play tickets. You will have time before your games start to grab a drink, order a bite and hangout with your group.

Your game session starts 30 minutes after arrival. When you are ready, head over to the games check-in counter where you’ll receive a games briefing.

Our games are situated throughout the Boardwalk, compete with your friends on all 9 games and let the technology count the points.

You have 90 minutes to complete all of the games.

Bookings

No problem. Reservations are fully refundable up to 24 hours before you visit. After 24 hours, please contact us before you sesion starts so we can help you to rescheule you visit.

Yes, we have tables available in these areas. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the KL skyline and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, right at our doorstep!

Tables are on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are available tables, you’re welcome to stay longer for food and drinks. For a guaranteed spot and a smoother experience, we recommend booking a table along with your tickets.

Your booking will include an arrival time, typically around 30 minutes before your game session starts. This gives you time to grab a drink and settle in before the fun begins. We recommend eating after your games so you don’t feel rushed, but you’re welcome to arrive earlier if that works better for you!

Not at all! If you’d rather relax, you can always enjoy the best food and beverages from our kitchen and bar while watching others play or simply soaking in the view. If you change your mind later, you can always purchase a game slot if there’s availability.

Group & Events

For event bookings, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract you’ve signed. The ability to change or cancel will depend on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. If you need further clarification, feel free to reach out to our sales representative.

Not unless you have a large group. If your group exceeds 15 pax, we recommend reaching out to our sales representative. Pre-ordering ensures a smoother and faster food delivery from our kitchen staff.

We’re open daily from 12 pm. For any updates or changes due to event bookings, be sure to follow our social media pages for the latest information.

Food & Drinks

We start serving food from 12 pm, with the last orders at 10 pm.

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as Malaysian e-wallets for payment. Just ask our hosts and hostesses for your bill when you’re ready for payment. You may also pay while you order via our QR code on your table.

Yes, you can easily book a table via our website. For larger groups or if you require a bigger space or area, please reach out to our sales representative at sales@carouselandco.com

Food cannot be served in the skill games area due to guest safety, but you can enjoy your meals at the Boardwalk dining area. However, feel free to bring your drinks with you! There are designated spots in the games area where you can place your drinks while you play.
