Attending the Venue
Carousel & Co is designed to be a fun, vibrant, and inclusive space for entertainment, games, and dining. Whether you’re here for a casual night out or a private event, we ask that all guests respect each other and our team.
Safety & Security
Your safety is our top priority. All guests are expected to behave responsibly throughout their time at C&C. Our management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if they are:
- Under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
- Disruptive, aggressive, or endangering others
- Causing a nuisance or involved in any illegal activity
- We may conduct security checks at the entrance. Entry is at the discretion of our management and security team.
- Guests use all C&C games, facilities, and amenities at their own risk. Please follow all staff instructions related to gameplay, health & safety, and general conduct.
- We recommend keeping your personal belongings with you at all times. C&C is not responsible for loss or damage to clothing or personal items.
Age Policy
C&C is a 14+ venue. Guests who are 13 years old or younger—or lucky enough to look it—must present a valid, original photo ID upon arrival as we enforce a strict Challenge 14 policy.
Accepted IDs include:
- NRIC or MyKad
- Passports
- Local or international driver’s license
- Other government-issued IDs with photo and birthday
Anyone unable to verify their age may be denied entry without refund.
Punctuality
To ensure your group enjoys every moment of your experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game or event. This allows time for check-in, a quick briefing, and to settle in with some snacks or drinks before the fun begins.
Late arrivals may result in reduced game time, or cancellation of your slot without a refund.
